Your data belongs to you. We only use it to run Unscroll for your organization. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your documents or conversations to train shared AI models.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and organization details. We also store the knowledge sources you upload (such as documents, FAQs, and web pages), conversations between your customers and your AI assistant, and basic product analytics needed to improve reliability and troubleshoot issues.
How we use your data
Your uploaded content is processed only so your AI assistant can answer questions based on your organization's knowledge. We also use your data to operate the platform, secure your account, provide support, and improve the reliability of the service.
AI and your knowledge
Unscroll does not invent answers from your private documentation. Responses are generated using the knowledge you've uploaded to your workspace. If the required information isn't available, the assistant may say it doesn't know or hand the conversation over to a human, depending on your configuration.
Who we share data with
We only share data with the infrastructure providers required to operate Unscroll, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and AI model providers. These providers process data solely to deliver the service on our behalf. We never sell your information.
Data retention
Your documents and conversations remain in your workspace until you delete them or close your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights
