Using Unscroll

You may use Unscroll to provide customer support for your business. You agree not to use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or anything that could harm other users or our platform.

Your content

You own everything you upload to Unscroll, including documents, knowledge bases, conversations, and other content. You grant us a limited license to securely process that content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train shared AI models.

How Unscroll works

Unscroll answers questions using the knowledge you've provided to your workspace. It is designed to answer based on your documentation—not general internet knowledge. If the required information isn't available, Unscroll may respond that it doesn'tknow or hand the conversation over to a human agent when configured.

AI limitations

While we work hard to make responses accurate, AI can still make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing responses before relying on them in legal, financial, medical, or other high-risk situations.

Beta service

Unscroll is currently in beta. Features may change, improve, or be removed as we continue developing the platform. During beta, the service is provided "as is" without guaranteed uptime or service level commitments.

Future pricing

Unscroll is currently free to use during beta. If paid plans are introduced in the future, we'll provide advance notice before charging for any features.

Termination

You may stop using Unscroll at any time and delete your workspace. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unscroll shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify users where appropriate.
